We become what we repeat. 
Each consistent act casts a vote for who we are. 
And once we repeat an action enough times, it becomes automatic. 
These automatic acts - which are most of what life is - are who we are. 
Actions are who we are. 
A bad habit is something that is long-term bad for you. 
A good habit is something that is long-term good for you. 
Easy choices, hard life.  Hard choices, easy life. 
Ask: how would I like my life to look in one year, five years? 
What am I started to become addicted to? 
What habit from a year ago, five years ago is paying off now? 
Incremental gains compound to enormous long-term advantages.

Think deeply about a potential habit, consider it, then discard or commit to it.
